Fresh Corn Grill
8714 Santa Monica Blvd.

You'd figure WeHo would have a restaurant that actually manages to offer light, healthy Tex-Mex fare, but the food here is great even if it doesn't have the usual fat and calories of that cuisine.

Fiesta Cantina
8865 Santa Monica Blvd.
310- 652-8865

You'll come for their famous flaming margaritas and amazing fresh salsa and chips, but you'll stay for the gargantuan entrees at this WeHo favorite.

The Abbey Food & Bar
692 N. Robertson Blvd.

If the drinks are the tail wagging the dog at this iconic WeHo gay (and ultra gay-friendly) bar-restaurant-nightclub, as long as you're not planning a fancy meal, the food is better than what you might expect.

Fig & Olive
8490 Melrose Place

This is Mediterranean cuisine Hollywood style — light on the sauces and fats (except the good ones!), but original textures and flavors — if you don't fill up on the amazing bread and olive oil first.
